About Your Provider

Roshelle K. LeVa L.OM. L.Ac, Healing Life Coach is a Licensed Oriental Medical Practitioner, Licensed Minister, Certified Project Manager, Certified Life Coach, and is trained in many remote healing modalities that she uses in her Healing Life Coaching sessions.

Contract Terms and Conditions

• Contract Duration: All memberships require a one-year contract commitment

• Session Duration: All sessions are 30 minutes in length

• Billing and Payments: All memberships are billed monthly via automatic payment through PayPal, Stripe, Squarespace, Venmo, or Zelle. Digital receipts will be automatically sent to the email address provided on this contract

• Cancellation Rights: You may cancel this contract without penalty within three (3) business days of signing by sending written notice to shaeleva@gmail.com. After this period, the contract becomes binding for its full term

• Automatic Renewal: This contract will automatically renew for subsequent one-year terms unless written cancellation notice is sent to shaeleva@gmail.com at least 30 days before the renewal date. You will receive a renewal reminder notice between 30 and 60 days before the renewal date

• Refund Policy: After the three-day cancellation period, no refunds will be issued for unused services except where required by state law. Members remain responsible for the full contract term payments

• Early Termination: After the three-day period, this contract may only be terminated early in cases of: (1) member relocation more than 25 miles from service area, (2) medical disability preventing service use (with physician documentation), or (3) other circumstances as required by applicable state law

• Membership Sharing: Blue and Green memberships are for single individuals only and cannot be shared. Gold (Family) membership can be shared among up to 3 registered family members

• Session Rollover Policy: Unused sessions may roll over but must be used within three months of their original scheduled date

• Spiritual Art Sessions: All session time can be used for spiritual art sessions at no additional charge. Shipping fees for artwork typically range from $8-15 for standard shipping within the United States. International shipping rates vary

• Homeopathic Remedies: Members receive 20% discount on personalized homeopathic remedies. Formula fees and shipping costs are additional to the membership fee and are charged separately at time of order

• Contract Modifications: No changes or modifications to the contract terms are permitted after signing except as required by law
